Holding and fulfilling
Storage, fulfilment and integrated operations
Where storage, order flow and freight need to run as one operation rather than three suppliers.
How we operate
One team across every mode
Single point of contact
One coordinator owns your file from booking through to proof of delivery.
Documentation in-house
Customs and DGFT paperwork handled by our own team, not passed to a third party.
Mode-agnostic advice
We recommend the route that fits your cost and deadline, not the one easiest to book.
Choosing a service
Not sure which service you need? Start here.
Most enquiries arrive describing a problem rather than a service. That is the right way round. The mode and the scope should follow the deadline, the cargo and the budget, not the other way about.
You have a deadline
If the delivery date decides the commercial outcome, start with air freight. We will still price sea alongside so you can see what the speed is costing.
You have volume
Regular or heavy consignments belong on ocean freight, as FCL where the volume justifies a container and LCL below that. Rail or road feeds the port from inland origins.
You have a paperwork problem
If the cargo is ready but the documentation is not, DGFT documentation and customs clearance are the service to start with, often before any freight is booked.
You have a recurring operation
Where storage, fulfilment and dispatch are consuming your team, third-party logistics or integrated logistics services put the whole cycle on one file.
Trade lanes

One quotation, itemised, whichever services you use
Whether you book a single air shipment or run storage, documentation and weekly containers through us, the quotation is built the same way: every charge we control is listed, and the charges we do not control are named rather than buried.
That matters most when services are combined. A warehousing rate that looks sharp beside a freight rate from somewhere else often costs more once handling, documentation and the inland leg are counted. Quoting the whole movement is the only way to compare honestly.
Rates move with carrier tariffs, fuel and seasonal capacity, so each quotation states its own validity. Inside that window, the number stands.

Cargoking Express
Too small to freight? Send it by Express instead.
Documents, samples, spare parts and e-commerce parcels do not belong in a freight booking. Cargoking Express is our international courier line for exactly that traffic, collected in Mumbai and delivered door to door overseas, tracked the whole way.
FAQ
Service questions
If the cargo is urgent, high-value or low-volume, air freight usually fits. For larger volumes where landed cost matters more than transit time, sea freight is better. Tell us the route, commodity and deadline and we will recommend the mode rather than sell you one.
Yes. Most consignments use more than one, for example sea freight with customs clearance, warehousing and last-mile road delivery, all handled on a single file by one coordinator.
Yes. We manage import and export movement in both directions, including customs clearance, DGFT licensing and duty handling for DDP shipments.
No fixed minimum. We handle LCL and consolidated air shipments for smaller volumes as well as full containers and project cargo.
Rates depend on mode, route, weight or volume, commodity classification and any special handling such as temperature control or hazardous goods. You receive an itemised quote rather than a single opaque figure.
Start from the constraint rather than the service. A fixed delivery date points to air freight; volume points to sea; an inland origin usually needs road or rail feeding the gateway; and a documentation problem is solved before any freight is booked. Send us the route, commodity, weight or volume and the date, and we will tell you which combination fits.
Yes, and most established clients do: warehousing feeding export bookings, road legs timed against port cut-offs, documentation running in parallel. It stays one file with one coordinator, which is the point.
No. Each component is quoted on its own terms and listed separately, so combining them is transparent rather than bundled. What you gain is a single accountable party, not a packaged discount.
