Accreditations you can actually verify
Cargoking holds the registrations that matter when cargo crosses a border: FFFAI membership, ISO certification, a Government of India Multimodal Transport Operator licence and MSME registration. Here is what each one covers, and what it changes for your shipment.
At a glance
Four registrations, all verifiable
Credentials are only worth something if a client can check them. Every one of these can be evidenced on request, which is how procurement teams expect to onboard a logistics vendor.

FFFAI Member
FFFAI is the apex body representing customs brokers and freight forwarders in India. Membership means our customs and forwarding practice is carried out within the professional framework the federation sets, and that we operate inside an industry structure with recognised standards of conduct.
For a client it is a straightforward signal: the people filing your documents work inside the recognised trade body, not outside it.
What it changes for you
- Recognised industry standing for customs work
- Access to federation guidance on policy changes
- Accountability within an established professional body
ISO Certified
ISO certification means our operating procedures are documented, followed and audited rather than held in individual heads. Booking, documentation, handover and reporting each run to a defined process.
The practical effect is consistency: the same shipment handled by a different coordinator should go the same way.
What it changes for you
- Documented, repeatable operating procedures
- Independent audit of the quality system
- Consistency across coordinators and shifts
Government licences
Licensed and registered with the Government of India

Licensed MTO
A Multimodal Transport Operator licence is issued under the Multimodal Transportation of Goods Act, 1993. It allows us to contract for a movement that uses more than one mode, such as sea and road, or air and rail, under a single transport document and a single point of responsibility.
Without it, a multimodal movement has to be split into separate contracts with separate liabilities. With it, one party stays answerable from origin to destination.
What it changes for you
- One contract across sea, air, road and rail
- Single transport document for the whole movement
- One accountable party end to end

MSME Registered
Registration under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises confirms Cargoking as a formally registered Indian enterprise with verifiable registration details.
It matters most during vendor onboarding, where procurement teams need registration evidence before an account can be opened.
What it changes for you
- Verifiable registration for vendor onboarding
- Formal standing as a registered Indian enterprise
- Documentation available on request

Verification
Need documents for vendor onboarding?
Procurement teams usually need registration evidence before an account can be opened. We treat that as a normal part of starting work, not a special request.
Email info@cargoking.in with the registration you need and who is asking, and we will send the current document.
- Certificate copies on request
- Company registration details for onboarding
- GST and IEC details where required
- Named contact for procurement queries

About our accreditations
Yes. Email info@cargoking.in with the name of the registration you need and the entity requesting it, and we will send the current document. This is a routine part of procurement onboarding and we handle it the same working day where possible.
It allows Cargoking to contract for a movement that uses more than one mode of transport under a single document and a single liability, under the Multimodal Transportation of Goods Act, 1993. In practice it means a sea-plus-road or air-plus-rail movement stays one contract with one accountable party instead of several.
It means the team preparing your customs documentation operates within the recognised national body for freight forwarders and customs brokers, and within its professional framework, rather than outside any industry structure.
Yes, and they are maintained on their respective renewal cycles. If a procurement process requires a dated copy or direct verification, ask and we will provide the current document.
